No problem Brock, I'm glad you found the post informative. In response to your question on Velog, I got a set of Minoura rollers. I did no research about the brand/model, but I got them for >50% off at my LBS, the owner was trying to clear them out. They cost me about $140, and I have been very happy so far.

Whatever brand you end up purchasing, I'm sure you will be very happy. After only training for about 2 weeks with them, I already can tell an increase in my fitness.
