That statement seems to contradict the information given in the instructions for my rollers. My instructions state this: SLIGHT steering movements or leaning will cause you to move off center of the roller. If you find yourself starting to lean, correct with a slight steering motion to get the bike back under you. Remember that the bike will respond to your steering motion much quicker than any attempt to lean into it.

Re: Tips for Using Bicycle Rollers Indoor as a Part of Winter Cross-Training

Well, i geuss il have to put the rollers in front of the tv now, haha :)

Re: Tips for Using Bicycle Rollers Indoor as a Part of Winter Cross-Training

Here I found some good tips and for that I would like to thank the writer. Definitely not goo riding weather at all, and I have been forced to ride exclusively inside :(

Re: Tips for Using Bicycle Rollers Indoor as a Part of Winter Cross-Training

I got the CycleOpps Aluminum rollers. I haven't rode them much... because the weather here in So Cal has been really nice. It was in the 90's last weekend. I know, we're spoiled... we think it's cold when it hits 50

Re: Tips for Using Bicycle Rollers Indoor as a Part of Winter Cross-Training

Thanks for the comment Joel, I'm glad you enjoyed the post.
