As much as I love hoping on my buddy's cr450, when I switch back to my yz250 I always rejoice! Nice to know the manufacturers have a little more reason to keep making parts for my bike!

Hey Spotman, thanks for the comment and the compliments! I totally agree that two strokes are infinitely fun when compared to four strokes. While my current race bike is a 250f four stroke, I love riding 125 two strokes and a part of me misses the days when I rode 85cc two strokes every weekend. So revvy and fun, nothing compares to a properly tuned two stroke. Hopefully these upcoming rule changes will convince the manufacturers to continue to produce newer and better two strokes. I would love to get a 125 or 250cc two stroke at some point in the future, just to have a blast on!

I think everybody will love the rule of 250cc 2 stroke race against 250f 4 stroke!! and absolutely way more economical ! 2 strokes rocks!..

Hey JD, thanks for the comment, I must say, I agree completely! 2 Strokes are part of the heritage of our sport and unless something is done, they will die a brutal death in the motocross industry. Allowing 250cc two strokes to racing with 250cc four strokes is a great way to do this and also helps to make the (very expensive) sport of professional motocross more economical for privateers.
